Design code

The design code refers to the design standard of pressure equipment. The pressure equipment from STRIKO process technology are manufactured in accordance with the applicable regulations and provisions. In Europe, these are the pressure equipment directive PED, German abbreviation DGRL 2014/68/EU with the policies AD 2000 and EN 13445 and in America and Asia the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The AD 2000 policy currently is the most frequently requested policy. With the introduction of the harmonised norm EN 13445 it will be found more and more frequently as it is intended to be the successor to the AD 2000. The ASME code can be divided into two categories: ASME Section VIII Division 1 for pressure vessels and ASME B31.3 for piping.
