Burst tolerance

The burst tolerance refers to the range in which a bursting disc is allowed to react in deviation from the nominal bursting pressure. This is +/- 10 % as standard. A reduction for STRIKO bursting discs is possible if the interplay of diverse process parameters (nominal size, bursting pressure, temperature, etc.) permits this.
